Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our print products are unique and produced only once ordered. This not only offers us to ensure your print is of top quality and not stored gathering dust, but this also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, colour, or you simply do not like the product.
There is a problem with my order:
If there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, such as a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We may request photographic proof of any defects for quality assurance with our supplier. We can offer a free replacement or a refund (to your original payment method) in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. In case a replacement product is arranged, there is no need to send the defective product back to us. If an issue is reported to us after the 30 day period, we unfortunately cannot accept any returns or refunds due to the time period being elapsed.
